Create and edit an automatic workout plan (one+)

Creating an automatic workout plan is simple. You just need to enter a little bit of information and a workout plan will be created for you.


Head to Profile, Goal and Schedule and tap Week Plan. Toggle on the AI Week Plan button.



Select how many days you want to train or leave this as automatic and the system selects your training days for you. Enter your available training days and hit save.



A plan will be created for you taking into account your choices regarding your equipment, limitations training level, and goal.

If you want to make adjustments to your equipment, limitations training level, and goal, head to... make the changes and save them. A new workout plan will be created for you and you will receive a notification in the dashboard when it is ready.



You can make adjustments to all sections as often as you like.
