Managing your subscription

There are a couple of ways you can sign up for a subscription to Enode One+. Via our online store or via your app store of choice.

Enode webshop signup:

If you subscribed or are looking to subscribe via the webshop (first good for you, you probably saved a little money).

New home for plans: All non–App Store subscription purchases, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations now happen at https://enode.ai/my-account.

1. Go to enode.ai/my-account

2. Log in with your one-time PIN (see below)

3. Manage your subscription

No interruption: Your existing subscription remains active until its renewal date.

If you are not yet a subscriber, you can now change that on the enode.ai website as well.

Apple App store subscription:

If you signed up for the subscription via the app your subscription will be via the Apple App store, you can head to the settings on your device and tap your profile > subscriptions. Here you can manage the subscription to Enode One +.

Your existing subscription remains active until its renewal date.
