Creating an account

Creating an account is a simple process, follow the steps below to get started:


  1. Download the ‘Enode Pro’ app, open it and enter the email address you wish to use. The form will automatically adjust to a login or sign up dependent if the email address you entered is recognized or not. If the email address is new to us, you will be asked to fill in a username and a password. After entering all information you will need to accept the privacy policy and tap 'Register'



  1. After you have hit register, you will receive an email with a link to confirm your email address. 
  2. Once you have confirmed your email address via the link in the email you will be able to log into the app. Enter the app again and enter your email address and password.
  3. Ensure that all Bluetooth and location settings are enabled for the Enode Pro app.
